Susan Garriety

Susan Garriety is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transformational change and organizational development. Currently serving as Sr. Director within the Acceleration Office at Nike since February 2022, Susan has held multiple leadership roles focused on change management within HR. Prior to Nike, a significant tenure at Point B as Senior Managing Consultant allowed Susan to enhance organizational execution and strategy. Notably, experience at Liberty Mutual Commercial Insurance included directing the Change Management Office for a major project with a portfolio exceeding $200M, and overseeing special projects post-merger. Previous roles at Safeco Insurance demonstrated a strong track record in learning and development, project management, and business process improvement, highlighting expertise as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Management with a minor in Gerontology from the University of Portland.
