Haruka Noishiki

Haruka Noishiki is a seasoned journalist and data analyst currently serving as the Washington Correspondent and data journalist for Nikkei since August 2023. Previously, Noishiki worked as a Defense Reporter for THE YOMIURI SHIMBUN from November 2022 to August 2023 and held the position of Program Officer for The Congressional Study Groups at the U.S. Association of Former Members of Congress from October 2021 to November 2022. Noishiki's diverse experience includes roles as a Japan Analyst at TextOre, Investigative Analyst Intern at C4ADS, and Political Affairs Intern at the United Nations. Additionally, Noishiki has held significant editorial positions, including Editor-in-Chief at Hemispheres: The Tufts University Journal of International Affairs.
