Gretel Kutan has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Gretel started their career as an Exhibitions Team Leader at MRI Overseas Property in 2006. Gretel then worked as a Marketing Manager Nightlife at Atlantis The Palm, Dubai, where they gained insights into working in a large hotel and developed skills in implementing new ideas.

Gretel's next role was as a PR & Marketing Manager at Nikki Beach Spain, where they not only managed the marketing and PR activities but also took on additional responsibilities such as team recruitment, sponsor acquisitions, and event calendar development.

Gretel then became the Owner & Founder of AdventureRooms Tallinn, where they learned valuable skills in entrepreneurship and honed their time-management and multitasking abilities.

Gretel later joined Nikki Beach Hotels & Resorts EMEA as a PR & Marketing Manager, responsible for the pre-opening setup and management of the sales and marketing divisions for Nikki Beach Dubai Hotels & Resorts and Nikki Beach Restaurant & Beach Club. Gretel conducted market research and was involved in press and media relations, concept development, and pricing strategy.

Currently, they hold the position of Regional Marketing Director & Brand Standards at Nikki Beach Worldwide, overseeing the development of brand and marketing strategies on a global level. Gretel is also responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring sales and marketing positions within the company.

Gretel's work experience has provided their with a range of skills including strategic planning, team management, market research, and entrepreneurship. Gretel has also demonstrated their ability to adapt quickly to different cultures and environments.

Gretel Kutan attended English College Mustamae in Tallinn, Estonia from 2003 to 2006. Gretel did not pursue a specific degree or field of study during this time.
