Maggie Chat, CA, has extensive experience in financial reporting and accounting, currently serving as Assistant Controller at Niko Resources Ltd since June 2013, where Maggie has also held positions as Manager of Financial Reporting, Senior Financial Accountant, and External Reporting Accountant. Prior to this, Maggie worked at Deloitte from September 2010 to June 2013 as a Senior Accountant, following a co-op position as a Staff Accountant in 2009. Earlier experience includes a co-op role as External Financial Reporting Student at Suncor Energy. Maggie holds a Chartered Accountant (CA) designation from the CA School of Business (2010-2012) and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary (2005-2010).
