Tom Resh

Tom Resh is a seasoned professional in battery test and validation with extensive experience in the automotive and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Functional Leader of Battery Test and Validation at Nikola Motor Company since January 2020, Tom orchestrates comprehensive testing at the Cypress Battery Facility and leads a team of over 17 members across multiple states. Prior roles include Director of Vehicle and Battery Engineering V&V at Nikola and Director of Testing at Karma Automotive, where leadership was pivotal in establishing testing organizations and processes. Tom's career began with foundational roles at Romeo Power Technology, Amazon Lab126, Element Materials Technology, SpaceX, and Northrop Grumman Corporation, showcasing a robust track record in reliability testing and engineering. Tom holds degrees from DeVry University, Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and completed MITx courses in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
