Andreas Thoma

Andreas Thoma has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Andreas currently holds the position of VP Service & Solutions at Nikon SLM Solutions. Previously, they worked at Minimax Fire Solutions International GmbH as the Director of Service, where they established and deployed a service organization for worldwide customers and expanded business with existing customers. Prior to that, Andreas Thoma worked at Philips in various roles, including Director of Service Innovation, Manager of New Product Introduction and Part Lifecycle Management, Manager of Service Business and Parts Life Cycle Management, Senior Product Marketing Manager, and Project Manager. Andreas began their career as a Trainee at BBU Unternehmensberatung GmbH, where they gained practical experience in applying learned theories and worked with clients on production planning systems and cost calculation schemes.

Andreas Thoma attended Fachhochschule Wedel from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a degree in Business Engineering, with the title of Diplom-Ingenieur (Dipl.Ing.). In 2000, they briefly studied Industrial Marketing at Birmingham City University. Prior to their university education, from 1992 to 1995, Andreas completed an apprenticeship in wholesaling at Detlef Paulsen Betriebsausrüster. Later, they pursued further education at Maastricht University, specializing in Leadership in Services within the Business School, starting in 2006 and continuing to the present.
