Prakash Govadan

Prakash Govadan has a comprehensive work experience in the semiconductor industry. Prakash currently holds the position of Staff Process Engineer at NIL Technology since September 2022. Prior to this, Prakash worked at ams OSRAM from March 2018 to September 2022 as a Lithography Senior Process Engineer. In this role, they were part of a pioneer team responsible for the startup of the lithography process. Their responsibilities included tool and process evaluation, process window study, online process monitoring, and fault detection. Prakash also collaborated with counterparts in Regensburg for process transfer, troubleshooting, and decision-making on lots and tools disposition.
