Andrew Lubaale

Andrew Lubaale is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the People Manager-Supply Lead Uganda and HR Business Partner at Nile Breweries Ltd. since May 2012. With a background that includes a position as Human Resource Officer at Kakira Sugar Limited from May 2005 to April 2012, Andrew Lubaale has expertise in recruitment, performance management, change management, training, and industrial relations. Andrew Lubaale holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Uganda Management Institute and a Bachelor of Development Studies with a focus on Human Resource Management from Makerere University.
