Ana Bolanos possesses extensive experience in human resources management, demonstrated through roles at Niles Community Schools and Andrews University, where responsibilities included overseeing tutoring services and managing a large team of student workers. Prior experience includes positions at 1199 SEIU Benefit and Pension Funds, 1199 SEIU Child Care Funds, and the 1199SEIU Employer Child Care Funds, where Ana managed benefits, conducted orientations, and developed recruitment programs.
