Bryan Spivey

Bryan Spivey is an experienced Human Resources professional with a rich background spanning over three decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at NILIT LTD since July 2022, Bryan previously held the position of Human Resources Director at EFA, Elastic Fabrics of America, from January 2020 to June 2022. Prior to that, Bryan worked as a Client Relations Manager at CHC-BetterCare Corporate Health & Wellness and was a Human Resources Manager at Asheboro Elastics Corporation, where significant achievements included being recognized as a Healthcare Innovator by the Triad Business Journal in 2006. Additionally, Bryan served as the Corporate Director of Health, Safety, and Training at Mayo Yarns, overseeing training and safety for over 3,000 employees across multiple facilities.
