María Cecilia Oberst

María Cecilia Oberst is currently the Head of People & Culture at Nilus, where María Cecilia is responsible for overseeing the People department in multiple countries. Prior to this role, María Cecilia held positions such as HRBP_ Argentina at the same company and Team Leader at the Gobierno de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. With a background in human resources and a focus on talent acquisition and labor relations, María Cecilia has also worked in various organizations and projects related to social inclusion and labor integration. Maria is a Licenciada en Relaciones del Trabajo from the University of Buenos Aires and has furthered their education with a Programa de Gobernabilidad, Gerencia Política y Gestión Pública from Universidad de 'San Andrés'.
