Lacey Hoesing

Lacey Hoesing has over 20 years of work experience. Lacey began their career at Lincoln Benefit Life Insurance in 1998, where they held various roles such as Policy Change Representative, Image and Workflow Analyst, and Training and Development Specialist. In 2003, they joined Allstate Financial Services, LLC as a Knowledge Management Analyst. From 2007 to 2011, they worked at Faith Regional Health Services as an Education Specialist, and later as an Education & Training Specialist II. In 2019, they became an IT Project Manager at Faith Regional Health Services, a position they held until 2022. Currently, they are working as an HR Talent Development Manager at NIM Group.

Lacey Hoesing obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Southeast Community College in 1998. Lacey later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Doane University, with their education at this institution ending in 2000.
