Blake Byron

Blake Byron has a diverse work experience spanning various software engineering and management roles. Blake is currently working as a Principal Consultant at Nimble Approach since February 2023. Prior to this, they served as an Engineering Manager at AlphaSights from October 2022 to January 2023. Blake has also worked as a Software Engineering Manager at Truepill from August 2021 to September 2022, where they were responsible for managing cross-functional teams and ensuring successful project delivery. Blake held the position of Technical Lead at Vaultex UK Ltd from January 2020 to August 2021, leading the technical direction of the team and delivering a system with electronic integration and physical reports. Blake has a strong background in software development and has worked as Solutions & Development Manager, Principal Software Developer, and Senior Software Developer roles at WSP in the UK between 2011 and 2019. Blake has also worked as a Software Developer at PH Jones from August 2010 to May 2011 and at Mouchel from July 2008 to August 2010. Additionally, Blake gained experience as a Systems Engineer at Access Unlimited from April 2007 to July 2008 and as a Systems Developer at JSA Software Systems Ltd from October 2006 to March 2007. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in various technologies such as .NET, C#, SQL, and ASP.

Blake Byron attended Wirral Grammar School from 1995 to 2002. After completing secondary education, Blake went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer and Multimedia Systems at the University of Liverpool from 2002 to 2005. Following that, Blake continued their education by completing a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Multimedia Computing at Liverpool John Moores University from 2005 to 2006.
