Mhairi Davidson

Mhairi Davidson's work experience begins in 2009 at Ted Baker, where they worked as a Senior Sales employee until 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Huxley Associates. In 2014, they held the position of Senior Consultant and later became the Head of Senior Appointments (North and Midlands) at Gravitas Recruitment Group (UK) Ltd. Mhairi joined LOFT Talent Acquisition in 2015 as the Head of Commercial and then worked at 6t Construction Ltd as a Contract Sales Manager from 2015 to 2017. Mhairi was also a Judge at EXA Awards 2018. From 2017 to 2019, Mhairi worked at In Touch Networks, where they held multiple roles including Membership Manager, Head of People, Technical Project Manager (Certified ScrumMaster), and Development Team Manager. Mhairi then joined CDL Software as a Delivery Team Lead from 2019 to 2021 before joining Nimble Approach in 2021 as a Senior Agile Delivery Lead. Currently, they are the Head of Portfolio & Delivery Consultant at Nimble Approach.

Mhairi Davidson began their education at St Wilfrid's C of E High School and Technology College from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained their GCSEs. Mhairi later attended The University of Manchester from 2008 to 2011, obtaining a 2:1 degree in History. In 2016, they attended Runshaw College, completing their A Levels in History, French, and English by 2018.

In terms of additional certifications, Mhairi obtained a Mini MBA in Business Leadership from Salford Professional Development in August 2020. Mhairi also acquired the KMP - Kanban Management Professional I & II certification from Kanban University in May 2020. Furthermore, Mhairi holds certifications in PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation & Practitioner from The Knowledge Academy and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from The Knowledge Academy, although the specific months and years of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
