Zach Stratenwerth 👨💻

Zach Stratenwerth has a diverse work experience in the technology and consulting industry. Zach started their career as a Junior Software Engineer at Super Group, where they worked on logistical and supply chain management software solutions. Zach then advanced to the role of Senior Software Engineer and later became the Scrum Master & Agile Coach for the Java team. During this time, they obtained their BSc in Information Technology.

After Super Group, Zach joined Vita Group as an Agile Delivery Manager, where they worked on software solutions for Vita Student, an international student accommodation provider. Zach also completed their MBA in Innovation and Technology Management during this time.

Zach then joined Infinity Works, where they held roles as a Consultant | Delivery Lead and later as a Senior Consultant | Account & Delivery Lead. Their responsibilities included software and agile delivery for various clients and industries. Zach also worked at Aviva, Santander UK, and esure Group as a Senior Consultant | Delivery Lead.

Zach's experience expanded further when they joined Accenture UK as a Technology Delivery Lead Specialist and later as a Technology Delivery Lead Associate Manager. Zach worked on implementing business solutions and managing projects and resources.

Currently, Zach is a Lead Consultant | Delivery Manager at Nimble Approach. Zach joined the company to broaden their experience and contribute to their growth journey. In this role, they lead teams, collaborates with stakeholders, and advocates for best practices.

Throughout their career, Zach has consistently sought challenges and growth opportunities, demonstrating their ability to adapt to different industries and environments. Zach has a strong background in software development, agile methodologies, and project management.
