Brandon Markus

Brandon Markus, MM has over two decades of work experience in various senior leadership roles. Since 2021, they have been serving as the Senior Vice President at Nimble Health. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Vice President at US Imaging Network from 2015, where they managed a team of 250+ employees and oversaw operational activities. Before that, Brandon worked as a Customer Care Manager II at Anthem, Inc. from 2014 to 2015, supervising multi-location call centers and leading a team of up to 200 peers. From 2011 to 2014, they served as a Customer Care Manager at National Government Services, providing oversight to customer service peers and developing departmental policies and procedures. Earlier in their career, Brandon held positions such as Workforce Management Supervisor and Supervisor, Customer Care at Comcast, and Development Coach at Embarq Logistics. In these roles, they achieved various milestones and was recognized for their leadership and performance.

Brandon Markus, MM obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania in 1999-2003. Brandon then pursued a Master's degree in Management from the University of Phoenix from 2008-2010.
