Ashleigh Wells began their work experience as an Administrative Assistant at Fish Window Cleaning in 2006. Ashleigh provided support for office management, customer contact, and work order entry and tracking. Ashleigh also managed accounts receivable and assisted in franchise training.

In 2007, Ashleigh became the General Manager and Lead Franchise Development at Caleb's Lighthouse. Ashleigh processed and prioritized emergency and non-emergency calls, streamlined communication company-wide, and monitored multiple software programs, radio towers, and phone lines to track safety and weather conditions for flights.

Currently, Ashleigh is a Client Manager at National Medical Billing Services, a position they started in 2021. Further details about their responsibilities in this role are not provided.

Ashleigh Wells began their education in 2010 at Austin Peay State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Ashleigh attended the university until 2012. In 2015, they enrolled at Iowa Central Community College and obtained an Associate of Arts in General Studies in 2016. Ashleigh then pursued further education and obtained several certifications. In 2015, they completed the Certified Flight Communicator program at NAACS. In 2018, they obtained the BLS for Healthcare Provider certification from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association. In 2019, they received the Understanding Intellectual Property certification from LinkedIn and the Emergency Medical Dispatcher certification from the International Academies of Emergency Dispatch. Ashleigh is currently working towards a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management at Western Governors University, which they are expected to complete in 2021.
