Prior to this, they worked as a Director - Data Science at the same company, focusing on developing data science products for Application Lifecycle Management and Agricultural Technology.
Before joining NimbleWork, Inc., Ashwin worked as a Principal Data Scientist at Progress, where they led the customer implementation data science team. Ashwin Swarup'srole involved delivering IIOT frameworks to Fortune 500 leaders, global manufacturers, telcos, and government agencies, with a focus on machine-generated data and high-demand use cases across the Industrialized IoT and Cognitive Predictive Maintenance spectrum.
Ashwin also co-founded Infactum, where they served as a Co-Founder and Data Scientist. Ashwin Swarup led the team in product conceptualization and deployment for a cloud-based self-service business intelligence product. Ashwin Swarup Adurthi has a diverse education history spanning over multiple years and institutions. In 2001 to 2003, Ashwin attended Delhi Public School where they completed their CBSE-HSC degree in Science. Following this, from 2003 to 2007, Ashwin pursued their Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication at Manipal Institute of Technology. Continuing their academic journey, Ashwin enrolled at the University of Gothenburg from 2010 to 2012, where they attained a Master's degree in Complex Adaptive Systems. After a gap, in 2019 to 2021, Ashwin pursued a Master of Technology (MTech) in Data Science and Data Engineering at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Additionally, in 2021, Ashwin completed a program on Design Thinking, titled "Stanford Executive Education Design Thinking: From Insights to Viability," at Stanford University. Moreover, in 2009 to 2010, Ashwin obtained a PG Diploma in Capital Markets from the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM).
