Effie Kyroudis

Effie Kyroudis serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Kin Insurance since May 2022, leading HR initiatives for a high-growth insure tech company. In addition to this role, Effie holds positions as an Advisory Network Member at ChangeEngine, a Founding Member of The People Collective, and an Advisor at NimblyWise, focusing on people leadership and skill development for the future workforce. Previously, Effie held significant HR leadership roles, including Vice President of People at RevenueWell and Chief Human Resources Officer at Highmetric and ExteNet Systems, overseeing talent strategies and organizational growth in diverse sectors. Effie is also an alumna of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earning a Master of Arts in Labor & Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Science in I/O Psychology.
