Cleiton Galindo is a seasoned procurement and supply chain professional with extensive experience in managerial roles across prominent companies in the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Procurement and Supply Chain Director at NIMR since February 2023, Cleiton oversees procurement operations, managing relationships with global suppliers while reporting to the Chief Financial and Procurement Officer. Prior to this, Cleiton held the position of South America Purchasing & Supply Chain Director at Agrale, managing a team of 146 and a purchasing portfolio of USD 119 million annually. Experience also includes significant leadership roles at AGCO Corporation, Ford Motor Company, and Mazda Motor Corporation, with responsibilities encompassing sourcing strategy, program management, and multinational team coordination.
