Andy Kaiser

Andy Kaiser has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Andy is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Ninetailed since February 2020. Andy is also an Official Member of the Forbes Technology Council starting from February 2023. Previously, they worked at Careibu as an Advisor from June 2019 onwards and also served as the Chief Marketing Officer from December 2018 to June 2019. Before that, they were the Country Manager at Careibu from January 2018 to December 2018. Andy co-founded Aiderly GmbH and held the role of Chief Product Officer from June 2019 to December 2019. Andy worked as an Interim Product Team Manager at Creditsafe Deutschland GmbH from June 2017 to December 2017. In addition, they were a Professor of Product Design & Marketing at Istituto Europeo di Design from September 2015 to October 2017. Andy co-founded tatchi and served as the CPO/CMO from July 2015 to June 2017. Prior to that, they held various roles at idealo internet GmbH, including Head of Analytics / BI from July 2014 to July 2015 and Lead Digital Data Analyst from May 2013 to July 2014. Andy worked as an Analytics & Search Manager at Avenso GmbH from November 2012 to May 2013. Andy started their career at Intermark IT as a Project Manager & Product Consultant from May 2010 to October 2012.

Andy Kaiser has a diverse education history. In 1999, they started their academic journey at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, completing it in 2003. Following this, in 2006, they enrolled at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and undertook a program in Information systems and technology management and administration, graduating in 2008.

Later on, in 2011, Andy attended Esden Business School, where they specialized in Marketing and earned a Master's degree in Digital Business by 2012. Building upon their knowledge in digital analytics, they pursued further education by achieving the UBC/DAA Award of Achievement in Digital Analytics from The University of British Columbia in 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Andy obtained the Optimizely Platform Certification from Optimizely in November 2014 to enhance their professional skills.
