Fairulhidayah Jaffar

Fairulhidayah Jaffar has a varied work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2012, they started their career as an Admin Assistant at VME Process Technical Services Sdn Bhd, followed by a role as a Marketing Executive at Budiman Dinamik Sdn Bhd. Fairulhidayah then joined Agility as a Quality, Environment, Health, Safety, and Security Officer, where they achieved site extensions and certifications. Fairulhidayah later became a Quality, Environment, Health, Safety, and Security Executive at Agility, achieving further certifications and becoming a certified member for Sedex Member Ethical Trade Audit. In 2018, they joined Panalpina as a Quality Manager for South Asia, responsible for driving and improving the Quality Management system within the region. Their most recent role is as the Head of Quality Assurance, Health, Safety, and Environment at Ninja Van, where they develop long-term plans, monitors SOPs development, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.

Fairulhidayah Jaffar obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Business Management from Universiti Utara Malaysia, which they completed from 2010 to 2017. Fairulhidayah also completed a Diploma in Marketing from Politeknik Merlimau Melaka from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, Fairulhidayah Jaffar has obtained numerous certifications in occupational safety and health, including a Certificate in Safety and Health Officer from FMM Institute in 2017 and a Sijil Kelayakan Pegawai Keselamatan Kesihatan (SHO 9006-S) from the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health in 2018. Fairulhidayah has also obtained various other certificates related to safety management systems, first aid, and environmental management.
