Saravana Kumaar's work experience includes several roles in various companies. From 2004 to 2011, they worked for Sony as an Officer, leading and managing multiple divisions including Human Resources, Finance, and Procurement. In this role, they were involved in project management, manpower planning, and budget control. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as an Assistant Corporate Division Head at JR JOINT RESOURCES HOLDINGS SDN BHD, focusing on recruitment, staffing, and maintaining relationships with internal customers and external agencies. From 2013 to 2018, they worked as a Human Capital Manager at Legion Group, where they integrated HR management strategies and systems for four companies under the group, and provided guidance for talent management and recruitment. Since 2018, they have been the Head of People & Engagement at Ninja Van.
Saravana Kumaar completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Human Capital Management from Open University Malaysia between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Management from the University of Malaya, studying from 2010 to 2012.
