Nicholas Dysle has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nicholas is currently working as a Data Services Engineer at NinjaCat since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Data Science Analyst at Discover Financial Services from January 2022 to April 2023.

Before that, they worked at ASR Analytics, LLC holding different positions in analytics consulting. One of Nicholas's earliest experiences was their role as a Community Economic Development/Agribusiness Volunteer in the Peace Corps, where they trained a dairy association, facilitated youth camps, and established youth clubs to promote higher education and new farming techniques.

Prior to their time at The Ohio State University, Nicholas completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Management at Kent State University. Apart from their formal education, Nicholas Dysle also obtained a certification in Data Science with R Track from DataCamp in February 2020.
