Loic Rosetti has a diverse work experience in the field of customer relations and success management. Loic began their career as a Customer Success Manager at Swisscom in 2011, where they recommended solutions to resolve client issues and helped establish transformational business roadmaps for global enterprise companies. In 2014, they joined ADM as a Customer Success Manager, focusing on implementing adoption best practices and educating customers on technology solutions. In 2018, Loic became the Head of Customer Relations at NinjaPromo, leading and motivating a team to provide exceptional customer service and maximize customer retention. Most recently, in 2021, they assumed the role of Chief Customer Officer at Duck.design, where they provide executive support in client engagements and represents the customer voice in decision-making and strategy-crafting.
