Jake Stern

Jake Stern currently serves as the Sr. Director of Corporate Development and New Ventures at NinjaTrader, focusing on the firm's inorganic expansion through mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, and strategic investments. Prior to this role, Jake was the Director of Corporate Development at Sphera, managing the complete M&A process from strategy development to integration. At CME Group, Jake held the position of Director of Corporate Development where responsibilities included leading cross-functional teams to enhance business growth through new product development and strategic alliances, notably a partnership with Google.
