Zach Sinks has extensive experience in customer service and technical support. Zach began their career in 2013 as a Customer Support Representative at NinjaTrader, LLC, where they resolved technical support tickets for daytrading software, identified custom c++ compiling errors, and made outbound support and training calls. In 2014, they joined PlanOmatic as a Project Coordinator/Senior Client Experience Coordinator, where they acted as an administrator of several key systems, a DevOps representative for the Client Experience department, and assisted and led several project specific task forces in software research and implementation. Zach also held the role of Logistics Supervisor, where they led day to day operations of the Scheduling Department for a team of 11, assisted in the development of a custom, synchronized calendar system, and developed and revised several workflow and policy protocols to increase efficiency. Finally, in 2020, Zach joined NinjaTrader Group, LLC as a Technical Support Team Lead and Technical Support.

Zach Sinks attended the University of Wyoming from 2009 to 2013, where they studied International/Global Studies.
