Aleksandra Mosunova

Aleksandra Mosunova has been working in the technical support field since 2017. Aleksandra started as a Freelancer-Freelancer at Freelance in 2017, then moved to EPAM Systems as a Junior Service Desk Technician in 2019. In 2020, they joined ID Finance as a Technical Support Specialist, and in 2021 they were promoted to Technical Support Team Lead at Currency.com. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for providing technical support to internal users of current systems, consulting on existing functionality, identifying the part of the system in which the error occurred, communicating with all departments involved in fixing problems, training artificial intelligence to work with financial documents, supervising teams, assigning roles, setting tasks and controlling the fulfillment of the plan, consulting employees on all complex cases, developing document templates, searching, categorizing and classifying data in documents, and working with documents in 10+ Latin languages.

Aleksandra Mosunova has a Bachelor's degree in Philology, Prepodavatel' Kitaiskogo i Angliiskogo Yazikov from Belarusian State University, which they attained between 2014 and 2019. Aleksandra is currently enrolled in TeachMeSkills to become a Project Manager, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
