Nick Scholten

Nick Scholten serves as Corporate Counsel at Nintendo since July 2023. Prior to this role, Nick held positions at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP from October 2018 to June 2023, first as Counsel and previously as Associate. Nick gained valuable experience as an Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton from October 2014 to August 2018, following a Summer Associate role there in 2013. Early career experiences include a Law Clerk position at the Jersey City Law Department and roles as a File Clerk at Scheldrup Blades and a Government Affairs Intern at The Financial Services Roundtable. Nick started the professional journey as an intern at Source Allies, Inc. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law (2011-2014) and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (2007-2011).
