Adil Mughal

Adil Mughal has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and software development. Adil started their career as a Trainee Software Developer at Softnology Systems (Pvt) Ltd in 2007. Adil then worked as a Software Engineer at KalSoft Ltd. from 2007 to 2009. After that, they joined Telenor as a Software Development Specialist / Team Lead in 2009 and held this role until 2013. Adil then moved on to Nintex where they have held various positions, including Senior Developer (Mobile) from 2013 to 2016, Software Engineering Manager from 2016 to 2019, Director of Engineering from 2019 to 2021, and currently serves as the Senior Director of Engineering starting from July 2021.

Adil Mughal holds a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering Management from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, which they completed between 2008 and 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Karachi University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Adil has also earned various certifications and completed courses in areas such as management, leadership, remote work, and technology, including certifications from Microsoft and LinkedIn.
