Dmitry Shur has extensive work experience in various technical and customer-centric roles. Dmitry started their career in 2006 at Amphora Group, where they worked as a Duty Team Support Engineer, Support Engineer, and later as a Technical Support Team Lead. Dmitry gained experience in Linux administration, MySQL, and networking during this time.
In 2008, Dmitry joined Teligent as an IT Engineer, where they designed and deployed IT services architecture and managed IT infrastructure. Dmitry also worked as a Senior Support Engineer, providing 3rd line technical support and troubleshooting for different systems developed by the company.
In 2015, Dmitry joined Ericsson as an Experienced Solution Architect, creating solution architecture designs for cloud-based telecom solutions. Dmitry served as the technical lead of the integration team and was responsible for end-to-end integration of demo zones and proof-of-concept projects.
From 2017 to 2020, Dmitry worked at Continuity Software as a Professional Services Engineer, Technical Account Manager, and eventually as the Director of Customer Success. Dmitry provided technical services, consulted customers on business requirements, and ensured customer success and satisfaction.
In 2020, Dmitry joined Kryon as the Director of Customer Support, where they continued to oversee customer support operations. Dmitry then moved on to Nintex in 2022, where they currently hold the position of Director of Customer Support.
Dmitry Shur obtained a Specialist degree in Information Technology and Economics from Moscow State University of Transport (MIIT) from 2003 to 2008.
