Siddarth R.

Siddarth R.'s work experience begins with their role as a Senior Director of Data Science, BI & Analytics at Nintex, where they lead an AI/ML incubator initiative and develops machine learning models. Siddarth also designs and develops an ANN Lead Propensity Scoring model and provides data-driven insights. Later, Siddarth becomes the Global Director of Data Science, BI & Analytics at Nintex, where they serve as the chief architect and project manager for the company's first Data Lakehouse. Siddarth builds and leads a data science and analytics team and increases Snowflake and Databricks utilization. Siddarth also worked as a Marketing Analytics & Data Science Leader at REI, where they led a team and implemented data-driven marketing strategies. Before that, they held various roles at Nintex, T-Mobile, Lenati Consulting LLC, REI, Digitas Health, Tyco International, and Standard and Poor's, where they gained experience in analytics, strategy consulting, and treasury operations. Siddarth is currently an Executive Member at the International LEAP Network.

Siddarth R. obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and MIS from the Texas McCombs School of Business in the years 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, they completed coursework in Economics and Mathematics at Ohio Wesleyan University from 1996 to 1998. Siddarth also holds a High School Certificate in Science from St. Xavier's College, which they earned from 1994 to 1996. Siddarth later pursued an MBA degree in Finance at the Yale School of Management from 2006 to 2008. In 2014 to 2015, they obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Statistics from the University of Washington. Additionally, Siddarth has completed various certifications in fields like Deep Learning, Machine Learning, and Bayesian Statistics.
