Mihail-Razvan Ioan is a Senior Researcher at the Horia Hulubei National Institute of Physics and Nuclear Engineering (IFIN-HH) since November 2010, currently serving as the Head of the Department of Radioisotopes and Radiation Metrology, as well as the Head of both the Ionising Radiation Metrology Laboratory and the Ionizing Radiation Metrology Group. Mihail-Razvan has held various positions within the department, including Deputy Head and Senior Researcher, and has experience as an Associated Research Assistant at CIEMAT in 2014. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Physics focusing on Atomic, Nuclear, Elementary Particles, and Astrophysics from the University of Bucharest, alongside a Master's in Physics specializing in Optics, Photonics, Spectroscopy, Plasma, and Lasers, and a Bachelor's in Biophysics from the same institution.
