Shadab Shaikh is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR functions. Currently serving as the National Lead of Human Resources at Nippon India Mutual Fund since July 2014, Shadab oversees performance management, compensation, employee recognition programs, corporate talent acquisition, and HR analytics while also managing high-level HR agendas for the board. Prior to this role, Shadab held multiple HR positions at ICICI Lombard, Reliance Entertainment, and Bharti Airtel Limited, with a focus on HR operations and talent acquisition. Shadab's educational background includes a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, along with various certifications in strategic thinking and talent measurement.
