About the role

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our fast-paced tech Startup and its dynamic team. As a Enterprise Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by mainly building and maintaining relationships with our future and existing hydro dam customers. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how AUTOSPEX can address their challenges effectively. This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers. You will collaborate closely with our Marketing, Product, Sales, and Operations teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients within the infrastructure management industry. Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and networking to generate leads and build a pipeline of opportunities.

  • Work with existing enterprise clients, understanding their business needs, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Conduct in-depth discovery meetings and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our solutions to our stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns to generate interest and engagement from enterprise clients.

  • Effectively navigate complex sales cycles and overcomes objections to close deals within agreed timelines.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers within target accounts.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends to effectively position our offerings and differentiate them from competitors.

  • Collaborate with the product team to provide customer feedback, market insights, and suggestions for product enhancements.

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, including quarterly and annual revenue goals.

  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus. Basic understanding of civil engineering/infrastructure in general
    is also a plus.

  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, preferably in the technology industry, with a focus on B2B & B2G solutions.

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise-level buying processes, including complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions and build rapport with executive-level contacts.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic Startup environment.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a strategic and consultative approach to selling

  • Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of enterprise software, SaaS models, and emerging technology trends.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools to manage and track sales activities.

  • Willingness to travel as required to attend client meetings, industry conferences, and other
    business-related events.

  Nice-to-haves:

  • Background in Civil Engineering and/or experience working with business customers in this area.

  • Experience working in a start-up environment is preferred.

  • Able and keen to work in a very fast-paced, continuously growing environment.

Pay: Base Salary ($60,000 to $70,000 depending on experience) + Commission
