Milan Prosic

Milan Prosic has a diverse work experience spanning over 10 years. Milan most recently worked as the Head of Protocol Support Service at NIS a.d. Novi Sad since September 2017. Prior to that, they served as the Head Chef d'Rang at Viking Cruises from April 2016 to September 2017. Milan was also a Sommelier at Celebrity Cruises, Inc. from July 2013 to June 2015. Before joining the cruise industry, Milan held management positions at Best Western Prezident Hotel Novi Sad and Hotel Srebrna Lisica. Milan began their career as a bartender at Hotel Rodos Village and later worked as a waiter at The Dorchester and Restaurant Tonic East.

Milan Prosic completed a Certificate of programme completion in Leadership Transformation at COTRUGLI Business School from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from the Faculty of Natural Sciences, Department of Tourism, University of Novi Sad, Serbia, from 2004 to 2011.
