Sarah Richards

Sarah Richards is a seasoned Business Analyst with extensive experience in diverse roles within leading organizations. Currently positioned at Nisbets since February 2022, Sarah previously served as an IT Vendor Analyst at Avon Protection and worked as a Business Analyst prior to that. A long tenure at BP from June 2009 to December 2020 saw Sarah function in various capacities, including Test Lead for Customer Offer Tool (COT), where responsibilities involved utilizing Scrum Framework and Agile methodologies to enhance customer service processes and implement digital pricing automation across Europe. Additionally, Sarah contributed to Batch management and pallet traceability projects in response to Brexit. Notably, as a Customer Fulfilment Co-Ordinator, Sarah led the logistics for SAP implementation in the UK and Ireland, managing multiple third-party logistics providers.
