Lorena Mize

Lorena Mize is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as the Recovery House Manager and SUDP at Nisqually Indian Tribe since May 2023. Lorena owns MIZE COUNSELING SERVICES PLLC, established in November 2023, and previously held the position of Clinical Supervisor at Acadia Healthcare from September 2022 to September 2023. Lorena worked as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor for the State of Washington/DSHS from June 2022 to November 2022 and has experience as an SUDP with Pierce County Alliance. Educational accomplishments include ongoing Master's studies in Mental Health Counseling at Saint Martin's University and University of the Southwest, along with previous degrees in Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling from Grand Canyon University and an AA from Pierce College. Lorena is also pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology at Saybrook University.
