Yuri Rodrigues is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer satisfaction and quality management, particularly within the automotive industry. Currently serving as Chief Satisfaction Officer and Vice President for the Americas at Nissan Motor Corporation since October 2011, Yuri has also held multiple vice presidential roles overseeing customer satisfaction and quality across several global regions, including Africa, the Middle East, India, Europe, and Oceania. Previous positions include Senior Director and Director roles within Nissan’s Latin American operations, as well as leadership roles at Lennox International, Toyota North America, and a joint venture between Daimler Chrysler and BMW. Yuri's educational background includes advanced degrees from prestigious institutions such as Stanford University, The Wharton School, and the University of Michigan, along with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal da Bahia.
