Haradhan Mahato

Haradhan Mahato is an experienced Protection Engineer at NISSI Engineering Solution Pvt. Ltd. since October 2023, with expertise in configuring, testing, and commissioning protective relay systems, as well as developing protection schemes and conducting thorough testing procedures. Prior to this role, Haradhan served as Shift Incharge at ASCENT ELECTRIFICATION ENGINEERS from May 2022 to October 2023, focusing on a 400/220KV substation project. Experience also includes working as an Engineer on the DFCCIL Project with Voltech Group from February 2020 to May 2022, and as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Spark Minda in 2019-2020. Additionally, Haradhan completed a summer internship at Tata Motors in 2017 focused on the operation and maintenance of spot welding machines. Haradhan holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Seemanta Engineering College, completed in May 2019.
