Ali Haider has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Ali started their career as a Course Instructor at Sirjee Collegiate from July 2008 to July 2011. Ali then joined Nisum in 2020, working as a Sr. Agile Project Manager, where they implemented core Agile principles and practices for a Telemedicine client. Ali also served as a Scrum Master for a team globalizing the product and introducing a shift in infrastructure. Ali's next role was at SS&C Primatics from 2011 to 2020. Ali worked as a Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Sr. Project Manager, and finally, as a Release Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for coordinating teams, managing projects/releases, ensuring delivery within deadlines, and implementing Scrum management/Agile practices. At Nisum, Ali is currently a Program Manager, where they manage an Agile program with multiple teams, oversees release timelines and scope, and provides organization-level Agile coaching and training.

Ali Haider attended Karachi University from 2006 to 2010, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science & Risk Management. During their time at Karachi University, Ali's studies focused on financial risk, statistics, and economics.

In addition to their degree, Ali Haider has obtained two certifications. In January 2016, they became a PMI Certified Member through the Project Management Institute. Furthermore, in June 2021, Ali acquired the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
