Cristian Lazo Quispe has a diverse range of work experience in the field of machine learning and data science. Cristian started their career as an Academic Tutor at Academia Ingenieria, where they provided assistance in Mathematics and Physics and taught Physics classes. From there, they went on to work as a Research Assistant at the Laboratory of Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and Image Processing-UNI, where they gained experience in research and development of AI and image processing projects.

In 2019, Cristian joined PaPaMED as a Research Assistant, focusing on medical technology projects and working with medical image processing techniques. Cristian worked on tasks such as 3D image processing for teeth segmentation and skin cancer instance segmentation.

Continuing their career path, Cristian joined MDP CONSULTING S.A.C as a Machine Learning Engineer, where they contributed to developing cutting-edge machine learning and deep learning models.
