Radhika I.

Radhika I. has extensive work experience in talent development, management, recruitment, and HR operations. Radhika is currently working at Nisum as the Director of Global Talent Development, where they began in November 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at Nisum, including Associate Director of Global Talent Management & Development, Associate Director of Global Recruitment Operations, Global Head of Recruitment Operations, and Global Talent Acquisitions Manager.

Radhika also has experience at Holistic Training Solutions, where they worked as a Consultant in Talent Development from January 2008 to April 2014. During this time, they provided HR and training consulting services to various industries and helped redefine business objectives.

Prior to that, Radhika worked at Citi as the HR Operations and Service Head from October 1995 to January 1998. Radhika was responsible for talent acquisition and management, change management, project implementation, and training programs. Radhika also worked as a Human Resources Project Manager at Citi from August 1990 to July 1995, where they played a key role in centralizing operations and implementing new initiatives for improved efficiency and compliance. Additionally, they served as a Branch Manager at Citi from December 1988 to July 1990, where they successfully implemented strategic changes to improve customer experience and operational effectiveness.

Radhika's career in HR began at Citibank India, where they worked as a Human Resources Manager from December 1987 to December 1988. During their time there, they established a training unit, implemented a management intern program, and revamped the performance management process.
