Shahzeb Khan

Shahzeb Khan has a diverse work experience in the field of business analysis. Shahzeb started their career at the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences as a Requirements Analyst, where they documented business requirements, analyzed business rules, and facilitated communication between technical and business groups. Shahzeb then joined CareCloud as a Business System Analyst, where they managed Agile ceremonies, coordinated with other product teams, and ensured the resolution of inter-team risks and impediments. Shahzeb also worked as a Business Analyst at Pakistan Revenue Automation Company, where they were involved in the entire project life cycle and conducted JAD sessions for issue resolution. Shahzeb further expanded their expertise at Pakistan Medical Commission as a Business Analyst, conducting gap analysis, participating in Scrum team activities, and collaborating with stakeholders. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Business Analyst at Nisum, where they gather and documents business requirements, conducts analysis of existing processes, and collaborates with stakeholders to design potential solutions. Overall, Shahzeb Khan has demonstrated a strong skill set in gathering requirements, conducting analysis, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive efficiency and improve business processes.

Shahzeb Khan completed their Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Software Engineering from the COMSATS Institute of Information and Technology, where they studied from 2012 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Shahzeb has obtained several certifications. In July 2023, they completed the "SQL Essential Training" from LinkedIn and the "Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate - SFPC" from CertiProf. In April 2021, they obtained the "Business Analysis Foundations" certification from IIBA. In March 2021, they earned the "Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification" from Aveta Business Institute, and in February 2021, they acquired the "Project Management Essentials Certified (PMEC)" certification from the Management & Strategy Institute. Further, in the same month, they completed the "Six Sigma Yellow Belt" certification from VMEdu Inc. Their most recent certification, the "Excel Crash Course," was obtained in January 2020 from the Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI).
