Zohaib Khan has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. In their earlier role as a Sr. System Engineer - Engineering Operations & SysOps, they managed the Evolv Financial Application, acquired knowledge and application of various tools and technologies, and monitored the platform at infrastructure and application levels.

Before working at SS&C Primatics, Zohaib worked at ARPATECH (Pvt) Ltd as a System Administrator (Team Lead) - SysAdmin & DevOps. In this role, they managed Linux and Windows-based servers, resolved clients' technical issues, and deployed multiple websites.

Prior to that, they worked at Sido Telecom - Sido FZE as a Network Engineer - Data and VoIP. Their responsibilities included configuring, monitoring, and managing VOIP routes, as well as working in multiple shifts and monitoring international calls routes. Zohaib also held a junior role as a Jr. Network Engineer - Data and VoIP.

Zohaib's early career experiences include working at PTCL as a Level 2 - Technical Support Engineer and a Level 1 - Technical Support Engineer. In these roles, they provided technical and network problem resolution to end-users, generated and escalated trouble tickets, and troubleshooted various internet connectivity issues.

Zohaib's career began at Okhai Memon Youth Services Networks, where they served as an I.T Operations Incharge/Secondary Teacher. In this role, they carried out various duties such as IT Incharge, computer operator, sports teacher, activity in-charge, and computer labs in-charge. Zohaib was responsible for managing IT labs, maintaining data backups, and managing workstations in a workgroup environment on LAN.

Zohaib completed their Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science and Information Technology from NED University of Engineering and Technology, starting in 2016 and finishing in 2018.

Prior to their master's degree, Zohaib earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science from Karachi University, where they studied from 2008 to 2011.

Before entering university, Zohaib completed their Intermediate degree in Pre-Engineering from Govt. Degree Science and Commerce College Gulshan-e-Iqbal, during the period of 2006 to 2007.

Furthermore, Zohaib completed their Matriculation degree in Computer Science from St. Paul's English High School, starting in 2004 and finishing in 2005.

These certifications include the Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect from Google Cloud - Minnesota, achieved in February 2023. Zohaib also holds the Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification from The Linux Foundation, obtained in August 2021, as well as the Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) certification from the same institution, earned in April 2021.
