Tamás Orbán has a diverse work experience that includes roles in various companies. Tamás started their career as an Operational Support Assistant at Inditex in 2016. Tamás then moved on to Telekom HU, where they held multiple positions, including Security Trainee, Corporate Security Manager, and others. During their time at Telekom HU, they were involved in various activities such as conducting internal investigations, managing physical security, and cooperating with public authorities. After that, they worked as a Process and Operation Development Expert at BIS Hungary Kft. Tamás then joined Vodafone, where they worked as a Corporate Security Specialist and later as a Personnel, Physical, BC&CM Manager. Currently, they are the Head of Physical Security Department at NISZ Zrt.

Tamás Orbán's education history includes two main educational experiences. From 2015 to 2019, they attended the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. Following this, from 2021 to 2022, they attended Erasmus University Rotterdam, where they pursued studies in International Security Management.

Additionally, Tamás has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In May 2021, they received the Airbus TH9 certification from Pro-M Zrt. In July 2020, they obtained the VCA/SCC System Knowledge certification from Apave. In February 2020, they received the Communication and Collaboration certification from Sämling Solution Consulting. In September 2018, they obtained the KAIZEN Basics certification from Kaizen Institute Consulting Group, Ltd. In June 2018, they received the MT Kaizen Fundamentals certification from Telekom HU. In May 2018, they obtained the Digital Garage Certificate - Online Marketing Fundamentals from Google. Lastly, in October 2012, they obtained the European Computer Driving Licence Select Certificate from the John von Neumann Computer Society.
