Paloma Yumi Garcia Freixes

Paloma Yumi Garcia Freixes has had a diverse range of work experiences. In 2017, they founded NITASURI and served as the CEO where they provided leadership, developed the company's culture and vision, and implemented operational policies. In 2021, they participated in the Traction Program with NITASURI through Lanzadera, a prominent accelerator and incubator program in Spain. Paloma Yumi also worked as a Business Strategic Advisor at TERAIMA in 2021. In 2018, they completed an Accelerator Program at Tetuan Valley. Additionally, they were a finalist for the NITA SURI TECH at the Santander International Entrepreneurship Center from December 2017 to July 2018. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Entrepreneur & Operations Director at Keiretsu Forum SoCal, a spokesperson at Enterpret Communications, Inc., and an Internship Trainee at Keiretsu Forum. Paloma also has experience as an English as a Second Language Teacher, where they developed creative lesson plans and organized events for students and parents. Lastly, they interned at the Embassy of Spain Chamber of Commerce in 2009, assisting with designing trade show stands and attending customers.

Paloma Yumi Garcia Freixes has a diverse education history. In 2004, they attended Garden International School Malaysia, where they completed their IGCSE studies. From 2009 to 2011, Paloma studied A-Levels at Runnymede College in Madrid, Spain. Paloma Yumi then pursued a Finance Degree at Universidad Europea from 2011 to 2013, focusing on Accounting and Finance, Business Studies, and Economics. In 2014, Paloma enrolled in an Accelerated Certificate Program in International Finance at UC Irvine. The following year, they continued their studies at UC Irvine, this time specializing in International Business Operation Management. Paloma briefly attended Pace University - Lubin School of Business in 2014. In 2022, they completed an Executive MBA program at EDEM Escuela de Empresarios, specializing in Business Strategy. Later that year, they also obtained the title of "Chief Metaverse Officer" from LUXONOMY™, focusing on International Business/Trade/Commerce.
