Inside Sales & Support Manager at Nitel

Caitlin O'Meara began their work experience in the retail industry as a Retail Merchandiser at the University Union Bookstore from September 2010 to December 2011. Caitlin then interned as a Visual Merchandising Intern at Anthropologie from January 2012 to May 2012, where they helped develop three-dimensional displays to increase sales. Following that, they joined Dry Goods USA in September 2012 as a Keyholder, with the goal of getting promoted to Assistant Manager. In February 2014, they achieved the position of Store Manager and was responsible for store operations and customer service until July 2017. In November 2005, Caitlin started working at Lonestar Steakhouse & Saloon as a hostess and later trained as a server. Caitlin gained communication skills and experience in customer service during their employment there, which lasted until March 2013. Caitlin is currently working at Nitel, where they started as a Network Operations Center Call Center Specialist from July 2017 to December 2018. Then, they became a Sales Support Specialist from January 2019 to October 2021, providing exceptional support to the sales team. Currently, they are working as a Partner Sales Advocate Manager since September 2021.

Caitlin O'Meara attended Western Illinois University from 2007 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Family Consumer Science. Their major was Fashion Merchandising, and they pursued a minor in Marketing.
