Shivani Malhotra

Shivani Malhotra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and consulting. Currently serving as a Mentor of Change for the Atal Innovation Mission at NITI Aayog since March 2023, Shivani also holds the position of Partner and Managing Director at Positive Vibes Consulting, specializing in behavioral and soft skills training for educational institutions and corporates since September 2016. As the State President of the Haryana Human Resource Council for WICCI since January 2021, Shivani has further demonstrated leadership within the community. Previous roles include Deputy General Manager of HR at DCM Shriram Ltd., Senior Consultant in People and Change Advisory at KPMG Qatar, and Manager of Corporate HR at Yum! Brands. Shivani's academic credentials include a PGDM in Human Resources from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development.
