Jacqueline Romero Olson

Jacqueline Romero Olson, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Process Improvement at Confluent Medical Technologies since August 2021. Prior to this role, Jacqueline held multiple positions at BD from December 2017 to August 2021, including Business Process Expert for Supply Planning and Business Solutions Manager in ITS. Jacqueline's extensive experience also includes roles at CR Bard, where responsibilities encompassed Business Solutions Manager in ITS, Supply Chain Manager focused on Process Improvement, and Senior Supply Chain Analyst from October 2009 to December 2017. Jacqueline began a career as a Senior Supply Chain Analyst and Supply Chain Analyst II at Cordis Corporation and started in manufacturing roles with internships at GE, 3M, and Procter & Gamble. Jacqueline holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
